What date will my direct debit be taken

Your direct debit payment date is normally confirmed when your agreement is set up.
Depending on your arrangement:
- payments may be collected monthly
- your first payment date may differ from future collections
- collection dates may vary slightly around weekends and bank holidays
In some cases, you may be able to request a preferred collection date, subject to
approval and scheduling availability.
